Corporate Health Risk Assessments (HRA)
Our comprehensive health assessment includes an online, secure personal health questionnaire as well as:
- Body Mass Index assessment (BMI)
- Blood pressure and pulse evaluation
- Lipid panel (cholesterol) and blood sugar measurements
- Sleep apnea screening
- Activity and nutrition assessment
- Depression/fatigue assessment
The HRA allows participants to prioritize efforts to improve their health and well-being. Each participant receives a customized results letter. In addition, our certified wellness coaches call to follow-up with anyone that had an abnormal result. All employees can attend an individualized follow-up session to review results and create a health improvement plan. An executive summary of results will be available to help companies plan and prioritize health and wellness programming.
Wellness Coaching at Your Worksite
Our certified wellness coaches provide support and accountability for participants desiring to make healthy behavior changes. Coaching is ideal for participants who have high-risk health behaviors or multiple health issues. The wellness coaching program at Hendricks Regional Health has been nationally recognized as a best practice leader in population health management.
Nutrition Consults at Your Worksite
This offering provides participants access to registered dietitians to review healthy cooking and eating habits. Our dietitians are available onsite for three-hour blocks to meet with participants in 30 and 60-minute visits. Email and telephone follow-up is included as needed.
Stress Reduction Program
The Mindful Living Program provides employees an opportunity to learn how to find balance and stress reduction through relaxation techniques. This eight-week series of classes are designed for employees who desire to learn new strategies to manage stress so that they can enjoy a healthier life.
Good Health Starts at Home Series
Our team of healthcare professionals are available to speak to employee groups in 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions. Topics can include, but are not limited to, eating for health, nutrition options for kids, healthy snacking, stress management, grocery tips and understanding food labels, fitness strategies and motivation, safe stretching and warm-up, and healthy eating for the holidays.
